		<description>I agree wholeheartedly.  To those (and myself at times) that get frustrated with the political movings and shakings around us, I refer to Romans 13.  It just reminds me that no matter what "goes wrong" in our country, God is ultimately in control of those that think they have control.  We must trust in that fact.</description>

		<description>I've been thinking about this quite a bit lately.  I've seen a bumpersticker that says, "God is not a Republican or a Democrat."  As true as that is, we also need to remember that God is not and American (as hard as that may be for some Christians to believe).  Our loyalties cannot be to God and country, or God and (you fill in the blank), but must be to God alone.  That may sound anti-American, but so be it.  I'll submit to and respect the authority that God has placed over me, but I'm not so sure if I'm ready to pledge my allegiance.</description>
