The first week or so of life without Tivo was somewhat traumatic as I missed a few episodes of 24 and Alias. Thanks to BitTorrent, I’m now all caught up on 24 (without commercials!), with a few episodes of Alias waiting for me.

Most traumatic was last night, when the people whose house we are staying at flipped on Americal Idol as Gilmore Girls was beginning. (That’s right, I said Gilmore Girls.) Thankfully, last night’s episode of Gilmore Girls was online before I went to bed and is half-downloaded already. Apparently I’m not the only techie who loves this show, because it has more sources available for download than 24.

Sadly, Mythbusters doesn’t seem to be getting the love from BitTorrent users yet…
